Over the course of my working career, I have worked with and taught classmates, students, realty groups, mill workers and architects; from which I observed the necessity of BIM and Visualization become increasingly more interrelated. Over the years I have developed an integrated work flow that I believe encompasses many attributes of the design process, which can ultimately expedite a projects completion. Through the use of efficient BIM coordination, smart conceptual modeling and visualization, design intent and integrity can be maintained, or even enhanced.
